FACILITY MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER PURPOSE STATEMENT & JOB FUNCTIONS

The Maintenance Team Member assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining select restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Daily fryer filtering
• Daily Char Broiler cleaning and maintenance
• Clean and maintain other equipment, as assigned
• Clean and maintain freezers, coolers, stock rooms as well as restrooms areas.
• Maintaining landscaping
• Unload and rotate stock deliveries.
• Trash removal
