This role will involve, but not limited to:

- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Scan documents into document management systems or databases
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Print information when required
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma
- Formal computer training
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- Must be able to type at least 50 WPM accurately.
- Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- One to three years of experience in clerical / office work.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of Basic Excel is a must.

Compensation: Great pay $12.00 per hour.
