Location: Pittsburgh / Metro Area
1099-Position
Pay Rate determined by skills and experience or on a hard bid basis
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a – 5p with flexibility
Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• General email, text, and technology skills for use of internal reporting/scheduling tools
• Team Player
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
• Must carry a Current $500,000 Minimum Liability Coverage Policy
Partners Needed For Following Phases
• Framers
• Painters
• Carpenters
• Drywall Hanger/Finishers
• Roofers
• Masons
• Landscaping
• Foundations
