Special Events Banquets Staff – Summer Season 2016 – Northstar, CA

Join us for our Special Events taking place at Northstar Summer 2016 and help create and evolve a dining and resort experience that exceeds guest’s expectations. Maintain a high level of service through creativity, innovation and consistency of performance. Assist daily operations in an efficient and profitable manner. Maintain Northstar’s commitment to guests and staff.  Positions are available in Front and Back of House. 

 We are looking for Event Staff available for all of the following Dates, with possible additional dates to be added:

 

Tough Mudder (June 11-12)

Beerfest (July 2)

Wine Walk (June 25, July 30, August 27)

Brew Walk (September 3)

Autumn Food and Wine (September 10 - 11)

 

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain the cleanliness of dining, kitchen, restroom and all areas adjacent to the facility.
• Ensure the excellence and consistency of the product, service and ambiance of the entire event experience for the guest.
• Meet or exceed all necessary food handling/sanitation qualifications and certifications.
• Provides clean work station including taking out trash, bussing of tables, dish washing, and stocking.
• Stock beverage station with supplies and maintain freshness of products.
• Check station and make sure your tables have appropriate supplies such as utensils, napkins, cups, etc.
