We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Shift Lead.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

As a Shift Lead you are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities while on duty, in the absence of the General Manager and Manager. A Shift Lead works with the management team to ensure all operational, service, and culinary standards are met. While working a shift, you are responsible to maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure product is to Daphne’s specifications. You ensure the team is meeting or exceeding expectations in all areas of their job.
