Job Function:
Under the general supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining a positive business relationship with MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) property and leasing agents in their assigned portfolio by making regular visits to apartment complexes rental offices, providing and updating TWC marketing material and facilitating and coordinating MDU customer service issues by coordinating with property and leasing agents as needed. In addition, the Sales Representative is responsible for door-to-door sales and audit of all assigned addresses, participation in targeted marketing events, delivering and installing customer services and equipment and managing all required reports and documentation and cultivating existing and new relationships with MDU management.

Responsibilities:
Canvasses assigned sales territory and solicit orders for new or upgraded service
Track and report contacts, passings worked, knocks, and sales daily
Providing customer support and follow-up
Completes customer orders and weekly sales activity reports
Attends all sales training and department meetings
Installs, explains, and educates customers in upgrade situations
Any other assigned duties

Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver’s license and a cleaning driving record, travel is as needed
1 year of sales experience preferred, outside sales is a plus
Ability to work with spreadsheets
Basic skills level using Microsoft office suite i.e MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc
Technical audit and install skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must have effective organizational skills
Must have ability to manage multiple business relationships
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to adapt to a high stress fast paced changing environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Above average presentation skills, good interpersonal communications, strong customer focus and empathy
Must possess a positive attitude, excellent leadership qualities, and be highly motivated and self-disciplined.
