- Train, develop and coach team members during your shift
The Must’s:
- Be versed in the art of leading people (previous supervisory or management experience is preferred)
- Have pride in who you are and what you do
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Meet the minimum criteria in a background check
- Must have reliable transportation to and from your Team Lead gig
- Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Cook, Line Server, and Cashier
- Be willing to work a variety of shifts
Requirements
Requirements (other duties may be assigned):
- Responsible for managing administrative procedures of the restaurant during a given shift.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must meet the minimal criteria in background check
- Age requirements may apply in order to remain in compliance with State and Federal laws
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
Physical demands and Work Conditions:
- Must be able to act appropriately during crisis and work well in stressful situations
- Must successfully complete the in-house Shift Supervisor training program
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fast-paced restaurant environment
- Supervisors may be scheduled up to or beyond 8-hour shifts
- Work up to four-hour shifts without a break
- Complete work required within a limited space
- Complete work required within a limited time
- Employee will often work in a hot environment with heavy and sometimes heated equipment.
- Hazards include, but not limited to, slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, abrasions and falls. • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Required to operate equipment set at standard height
- Must reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe
- Walks or stands during entire shift
- Some repetitive motion may be required
- Must be able to access all smallwares or product at varying heights of storage
