SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES



Manage all staff and operational requirements in order to achieve reasonable and profitable growth.



Primary Responsibilities




  1. All primary responsibilities of a Supervisor and Office Assistant. (See Supervisor and Office Assistant Position Descriptions.)

  2. Retain proper and adequate staffing requirements.

  3. Maintain positive employee relations and work climate.

  4. Maintain all necessary business and administrative files, including but not limited to employee and customer files.

  5. Conduct regular staff meetings, documenting training topics and attendance.

  6. Implement and track the recommended marketing and sales plans.

  7. Conduct sales presentations to potential customers.

  8. Maintain positive customer relations and document all proceedings.

  9. Administrate proper customer scheduling.

  10. Maintain clean and fresh office appearance.

  11. Stock and maintain all necessary equipment, products, and supplies.

  12. Responsible for the proper handling of all incoming telephone calls.



Secondary Responsibilities




  1. If necessary, fill in during staff absences.

  2. Shall perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.

Essential Qualifications




  1. Speaking and hearing English clearly in person and on the telephone.

  2. Reading English on an average adult level.

  3. Writing English clearly.

  4. Establishing rapport with customers and employees.

  5. Visiting prospective customers and persuading them to begin service.

  6. Strong organizational skills.



Special Requirements




  1. Ability to use a personal computer.

  2. Ability to drive personal or company vehicle, without the aid of other employees, to several locations throughout the workday.

  3. Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.

  4. Ability to lift 20 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.

  5. Ability to wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees.

  6. Sitting at a desk for extended periods.
