About this job
To provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to bar guests while maximizing sales volume and servicing guests in a professional and responsible manner.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to bar guests.
- Serve cocktails and/or menu items to guests to outlet through coordinating efforts with bartender.
- Complete customer payment transactions according to policies and procedures.
- Perform ass.
- Verify liquor inventory, correctly complete all requisition requirements, and store stock as per approved procedures.
- Complete all closing responsibilities as per closing procedure specifications.
- Complete customer payment transactions according to policies and procedures.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with hotel Standards of Grooming and Standards of Conduct.
- Perform and duty requested of you by your supervisor.
- Must always make guest satisfaction a priority within the guidelines of the hotel. Be willing to assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
