Restaurant Team Leader - Full-time / Part-time

The Gig: 

• Celebrate life’s flavors
• Join forces with the management team to create a rave-worthy environment
• Make sure guests feel the love when they walk in the door by:
• Overseeing the preparation and creation of food
• Sticking to food safety standards
• Contributing to a restaurant environment that makes everyone feel at home 
• Train, develop and coach team members during your shift

The Must’s:

• Be versed in the art of leading people (previous supervisory or management experience is preferred)
• Have pride in who you are and what you do
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Meet the minimum criteria in a background check
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your Team Lead gig
• Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Cook, Line Server, and Cashier
• Be willing to work a variety of shifts

• Must feel life is about having fun and being curious
• Must have a genuine desire to make others happy
• Ability to communicate in English is required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• May be required to operate/access equipment at standard heights while walking and standing during entire shift 
• Age requirements may apply in order to remain in compliance with State and Federal laws
