The Floating CAREGiver will:
- CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE EVERY TWO WEEKS
- BE GUARANTEED 40 HOURS PER WEEK
- Provide quality care through companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders and personal care/ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring - including Hoyer lifts)
- Follow all Home Instead Senior Care policies and procedures
The Floating CAREGiver must:
- Have previous professional experience providing personal care/ADLs and be able to demonstrate a high level of skill
- Be willing to provide all of the services we offer
- Be available daytime and evening hours
- Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- Possess a valid PA driver's license and automobile insurance
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Be willing to submit to a thorough criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
