We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to be a part of an exciting place to work as a Live! Lady or Guy to increase the interest of our guests by obtaining their contact information to send them promo blasts. 



Responsibilities:



Includes, but not limited to:




  • Collect data on weekend nights, and some Thursdays.

  • Submit data in a timely fashion.

  • Develop professional relationships with new clientele.

  • Coordinate with other team members on scheduling.

  • Collaborate with sales team to determine weekly data goals.

  • Communicate progress with designated team captain or leader.

  • Entertain customers with interactive skits.

  • Go on promotional outings ranging from concerts, stadium events, etc.

  • Work various shifts to include evenings and weekends.



Qualifications:




  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of experience with public speaking and/or promotions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Some college preferred. Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred. 

  • Proven ability as strong team player as well as a self-starter.

  • Must be savvy in marketing and promotional strategies.

  • Possess an outgoing personality.

  • Highly organized, reliable and have the ability to keep collected information secured.

  • Ability to approach all individuals and strike up a conversation.

  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the venue, the brand and the Company.

  • Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when compiling correspondence.

  • May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.



 



Job requires ability to perform the following:




  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.

  • Handling objects, products and promotional items.

  • Safely move about assigned venue safely, with ease, and record guest information.
