Assistant Retail Manager - Full-time

Picsolve Inc., one of the world's leading ride photography companies, is seeking a full time, energetic, and upbeat personality to help manage day-to-day operations of the site. Qualified candidates are customer service oriented, sales driven, and have outgoing characteristics. The Picsolve Assistant Site Manager @ LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan and SEA LIFE Michigan will report to the Site Manager promoting a brand photo experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To understand and achieve personal objectives and team targets; including revenue, per cap and mystery shopper targets


• Be prepared to cover and support other job roles upon a reasonable request from your             Site Manager


• To actively conduct and/or participate in team briefings and other team events


• To act in a professional manner at all times with regard to time management and attendance


• Maintain a high level of personal appearance


• To act as a role model to other team members at all times


• To open and close the operation when required


• To undertake any other duties that are reasonably requested from time to time


• To utilize the performance management process to assess and manage team members conduct and/or capability


• To motivate an energetic team in order to provide a high level of customer service at all times to our guests


• Assisting the Site Manager in recruiting, training, developing, motivating and leading the sales team


• To analyze sales trends and respond accordingly in conjunction with the Site Manager


• Produce any relevant documentation in order to support and develop the business

Education, Skills, & Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have previous retail experience


• Must be able to work varying shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends


• Must be authorized to work in the United States


• Must have reliable transportation / access to attraction


• Background check required


• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred


• Intermediate to High level of Excel competence
