Night Shift Supervisor Needed!
Our client located near Melville, NY is seeking an experienced hands-on night shift manager for their reputable company.
Hours:
5:00pm - until finished. MUST be able to work holidays such as Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
Spring/Summer: Sunday - Thursday
Fall/Winter: Monday - Friday
Great benefits package!
Pay rate: $18.11 per hour, lunches are paid and overtime offered
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing 6-8 warehouse personnel: Oversee loading operations, returns, clean up, etc.
- Ensure procedures and policies are implemented and executed properly
- Ensure the safety of warehouse staff
- Must be willing to operate machinery and load trucks when needed
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience supervising the daily operations in a warehouse
- Ability to operate a hilo
- Commercial Drivers License a plus
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to follow company procedures to ensure duties are done efficiently and in a timely manner
