POSITION PURPOSE - 
Drive the cross-functional integration of Loss Prevention methodology and practices into Store Operations focusing on reducing shrink/theft/fraud and improving operational process accuracy through process improvement. Play a substantial role in the development of all Loss Prevention operational strategies across the enterprise.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -

·         Use high-level strategic thinking to identify, develop and implement new and effective processes and programs that will reduce the Company's exposure to shrink/theft/fraud and improve operational process accuracy.

·         Successfully integrate with Store Operations to ensure proactive approaches for shrink/theft/fraud reduction and accuracy improvement are taken within the development of new Company initiatives.

·         Manage AP Field Support team responsible for providing store and field operations management with resources to resolve inaccuracy issues and investigate potential sources of financial loss. 

·         Manage day to day operations of TRE solution, a third party fraud mitigation tool used in all U.S. stores.

·         Develop and maintain AP programs and communications used to provide field associates with relevant information related to reducing the Company's exposure to shrink/theft/fraud and improving operational process accuracy.

NATURE AND SCOPE –

This position reports to the Director of Loss Prevention Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

Must be eighteen years of age

Must pass the Drug Test

Must pass the Background Check

Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

EDUCATION REQUIRED - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 6

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS - Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES –

Strong understanding of Loss Prevention, Operations and/or field knowledge.

Proven track record in managing projects.

Ability to influence others cross-functionally.

Strong qualitative, analytic and business acumen skills.

Strong written/oral communication skills.
