Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guests as a Front Desk Agent.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for customer service
- Checking guests in/out
- Respond to guests’ requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must multi-task effectively
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel experience is a plus.
- OPERA software experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication, phone, and hospitality skills.
- A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
