Purpose: Provide superior Guest service to all guests. Assist Guests with general park information. Intake guest compliments, suggestions and concerns. Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction. Evaluate guest concerns and perform any necessary task to improve guest satisfaction. Dress is business-casual attire (collared shirt, long pants or skirt).

Duties and Responsiblities:
  • Provide World-Class Guest Service to all guests and staff.
  • Operate POS to sell tickets, season passes, parking and tickets.
  • Utilize season pass and ticketing system to research, refund, and print guest admission media.
  • Input guest feedback into Guest Service Recovery system.
  • Respond to online and telephonic guest feedback and correspond accordingly.
  • Ensure accountability of till; give appropriate change and receipts.
  • Resolve guest concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledgeable of all park information, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including till management policy.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.


Requirements:
  • People Skills: This requires positive interaction with other employees and guests, promoting a "service" atmosphere.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
  • Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
