About this job
The Injection Molding Process Tech will operate Injection molding machines and support equipment. They will perform routine mechanical adjustments when necessary, perform quality inspections, record inspection results and machine performance information in computer software programs. Safely producing a quality product for our customers while maintaining optimal machine performance is the main objective. Applicant must be open to working a 12 hour day shift or a 12 hour night shift and must be a team player. Must be able to perform routine maintenance such as preventive maintenance, corrective mechanical adjustments, process adjustments. Must possess basic troubleshooting skills. Past machine operator or technical experience is required. This is not an entry level position. Successful candidate will be able to stand and walk for 12 hour shift to include ascending and descending stairs several times per shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and use basic hand tools and quality testing equipment.
