Job Description
The DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES is expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of client services. The DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES will answer telephone inquiries, perform Care Consultations and Quality Assurance visits, and manage cases.
Primary:
Secondary:
MSW required, preferably with eldercare experience.
Position can be PT/FT - 25 - 40 hrs/week..
Compensation based on experience.
Job Description
The DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES is expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of client services. The DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES will answer telephone inquiries, perform Care Consultations and Quality Assurance visits, and manage cases.
Primary:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients through care consultations, quality assurance visits, phone calls and case management
- Monitor, mediate and log both client and CAREGiver activity, and follow up on CAREGiver assignments and client service
- Maintain relationship with client’s family members as needed
- Develop and maintain a relationship with professionals in the community
- Counsel CAREGivers on quality concerns
- Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions as scheduled
- Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGivers records in computer
- Work with an a team of professionals
Secondary:
- Update computer data base with emails of families, clients and referral sources
- Email monthly HISC newsletter
MSW required, preferably with eldercare experience.
