We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an excellent customer service experience to our high end clientele throughout the Denver area. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure customer's orders are entered correctly into the computer system while providing an exemplary level customer service. Customer Service Reps also assist Store Managers by communicating customer issues and requests clearly via phone and email communication. Previous experience in a customer service oriented retail environment is required. Pay starts at $10.00 with bonus opportunities available.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide a superior level of customer service to our clients
  • Enter orders into the computer system with great attention to detail to avoid mistakes
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt assistance and accurate information regarding their orders and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and presentable store appearance
  • Utilize phone and email to communicate issues, concerns, updates, etc. with upper management

Starting Pay: $10.00 plus bonus opportunities
