Client Job Description:
* Document customer information as updated on customer calls
* Assist Technical staff with customer follow-up activities.
* Accurately update information for replacements, defects, and product concerns
* Responsible for handling and resolving incoming questions concerning pool product defects and replacements from customers by troubleshooting to figure out the root of the problem
