 MASSAGE  ENVY is looking for a performance driven and energetic person with the determination and focus to continue our growth. This is sales driven and results position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a  high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. This is an  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  -Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely  cares about the health and wellness of every member and guest.  - Leading staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service  goals.  - Coaching sales associates, therapists, and esthetician employees on   sales techniques,  policies and procedures. 



 - Responsible for operations, sales, service and staffing.  - Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder  maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.   - Assists in maintenance and cleanliness of facility.   - Selling Memberships is required.   SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:   - A MINIMUM of two year of sales and direct management experience of 5+   employees in a retail, fitness or customer service environment and a strong   work ethic.   - Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales   goals.   - Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.   - Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership   benefits, and policies and procedures.   - Full-time position with schedule flexibility of days, nights, weekends,   and holiday shifts required.   BENEFITS:   - Base salary plus generous bonus structure and sales commissions. The   base salary for this location is $28,000 annually with a review in six   months.   - Paid time off.   - Employee discount on services and products.   - Development and growth opportunities.
