The Reservations Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to the Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch over the phone, as well as creating room and activity reservations, answering area questions, assisting in planning of vacation, routing calls to appropriate extensions, and creating an experience of a lifetime for guests. Typically works 40 hours per week.

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
• Proficient with computer systems
• Must be 18 years of age or older

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required: 

• Previous Reservations experience
• Knowledge of the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial parkway, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National parks
