Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Program Directors to develop and maintain quality
- Responsible for financial performance of the Program Director’s business unit
- Implements area core growth strategy to increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy percentages
- Assists with new development and implementation of new programs
- Maintains and fosters relations with case managers, families, and referral agents; participates in building relationships with local legislators and government officials
- Review and recommend policies and procedures to enhance program efficiency, and use technical and analytical tools to measure performance and productivity.
- Ensure high level of quality services in all programs
- Ensure timely reporting to both internal and external agencies
- High energy, goal-oriented, and an ability to inspire people
- Performs Program Director functions as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Three to six years of related experience with significant management experience in the human services industry
- QDDP recognition as determined by federal and state regulations.
- Eligible as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Department of Human Services, and the Company’s Corporate Compliance Plan
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier
