Branch Service Representative - Full-time

We have a full-time opening for a Branch Service Representative.

Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required.

Wage: $9-$11

You will need to have exceptional customer service and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, learn a proprietary computer system, and have an outgoing personality. Some of the BSR duties include:

• Assisting customers on the phone and in the office


• Processing and preparing loan documents


• Accepting and posting payments


• Assisting with meeting branch operating standards


• Contacting customers regarding their loan status

Requirement s:

• You must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license and liability insurance


• Basic computer skills


• You will be required to pass a criminal and credit background check prior to being employed


• Office hours are typically Mon/Fri 9am-7pm; Tue-Thur 9am-6pm


• Saturday work is required during the months of November – February, and throughout the year as needed.
