Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

Manufacturing company in need of Industrial Maintenance Technicians for immediate openings. Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all manufacturing equipment and machinery-including conveyors, CNC machining centers, die cast machinery, etc. Candidates will need to be well rounded mechanically and electrically. OT can be expected.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates with a Military background (electrical or aviation) but no manufacturing experience are qualified
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience needed OR AAS Degree
• Must be open to off shifts

Duties:

-Work with plant manufacturing personnel and quality control and to ensure process and equipment is capable of producing product that meets quality and engineering standards.
-Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown. Troubleshoots (when necessary) and repairs Electrical and Mechanical failures of production machines.
-Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production and all related equipment.
-Install and troubleshoot PLC and field instrument communications hardware.
-Monitors and identifies poor performing instruments impacting control performance. Identify and recommend solutions to the poor performance.
-Welding, fabricating, and repairing various machines. Operates machine shop equipment, hand tools, power hand tools, and makes required parts when necessary.
-Position requires ability to act as a member of a highly functioning team
Technicians are working on multi station CNC machining centers, injection mold machinery, and assembly lines.
