eCommerce B2B Account Management Specialist - Full-time

The eCommerce Account Management Specialist will be directly responsible for servicing all Royal Pacific Lighting eCommerce Customers.  In this role the eCommerce CCS will manage all order processing, content management and the coordination of internal support for RPL eCommerce Customers.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Primary contact for eCommerce Customers.  Responsible for timely follow up and over all account management specifically related to order management, inventory feeds and content – pricing updates.

Vendor portal management for new eCommerce customer set up, PO processing (confirmations) and content updates.

• Responsible for coordinating and completing onboarding requirements (product set up sheets) for new eCommerce customers.
• Responsible for processing all orders on vendor portal (PO set ups / confirmations / shipment tracking information)
• Provide required inventory feeds to eCommerce Customers

Process orders on internal system, issue pick tickets – packing slips as required to the warehouse for processing and shipment. Work directly with the Warehouse to ensure that orders are processed and ship on time.

Work directly with Purchasing to ensure that the organization meets the product availability requirements for eCommerce Customers

Addresses customer complaints by researching, responding, and following up with customers in a timely manner.

Update and distribute monthly sales and metrics reports for both internal and from eCommerce Customers

Qualifications:

5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) customer service, business system (software) experience with processing orders and servicing accounts.

The ability to work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

Experience working with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and the Warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience working with Vendor Portals in an eCommerce environment.
