Customer Service Rep / eBusiness (4.25.16) - Full-time / Part-time

Headway Corporate Resources is seeking a Spanish Bilingual to assist Ferguson with expanding their eBusiness Customer Service department.

Hours 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Position will answer telephone calls and e-mails from customers who have placed orders
• Investigate and follow up on inquiries to resolve problems and complaints to ensure customer's retention and satisfaction with eBusiness tools
• Assist with setting customers up to utilize the website
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate eBusiness tools, products, services or site features
• Build relationships with customers and encourage eBusiness site usage
• Log all conversations and assist with tracking of eBusiness usage
• Forward any IT issue to appropriate department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Spanish Bilingual REQUIRED
• Position requires ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
• Minimum 1-2 years Customer Service experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must possess strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required

Salary $13.00 - 13.50 per hour
