About this job
Customer service representatives will be taking in bound phone calls and emails in regards to customer question on warranties, product information, orders, etc, for the clients products/services. Candidates will be required to document the details of the conversation in the computer system while interacting with the customer. Customer service is a top priority and candidates must work well in a team environment. Call volume is typically around 50+ calls per day and there may be days they are working with customers via email and will not be on the phones. Proficient computer skills are a must as well as strong customer service skills and the eagerness to learn and grow with a great organization.
