Restaurant Assistant Managers work with the Restaurant Manager to create an environment where each employee is valued – And where each employee sincerely wants to deliver customer service so great that guests can’t wait to return.They do this while managing the fast passed operation of the quick service restaurant

The Assistant Manager:

  • Develops the team to deliver WORLD CLASS results.
  • Sets and achieves the highest standards in all areas of restaurant performance.
  • Coaches and empowers team members to deliver exceptional guest service – and to execute guest recovery when appropriate.
  • Plans the work and establishes routines to facilitate success.
  • Monitors results and balances employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial results.

Individual must have:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 1 year management experience
  • Valid NY State drivers license and vehicle
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (esp. Word and Excel)
