Recruitment Coordinator

Home Instead Senior Care, the world’s trusted source of non-medical home care services for seniors, seeks an outgoing individual to join our growing team and serve as our CAREGiver Recruiter.
 
In caring for the seniors throughout our region, we must hire many new CAREGivers each month. CAREGivers are the heart of our company.  This full-time position is essential to the hiring and training process of our CAREGivers.  Duties include:

• Answer incoming employment inquiries
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews
• Ensure all documentation is completed for the hiring process
• Train new hires in accordance with established training and orientation materials
• Build relationships with CAREGivers and referral sources in the community
• Attend job fairs and other community events to recruit CAREGivers

The ideal person for this position is a self-starter and likes to work in a fast-paced work environment. Additional traits to succeed in include the ability to manage time effectively, be reliable, be trustworthy and have excellent communication skills.
 
Additional Information:

• Must have some college experience or one year of related business experience
• Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Must be detail oriented and a people person
• Recruiting and hiring experience preferred
