Carve Barbecue is hiring Greeters, Cashiers, Cooks, and Carvers!

A Carve Greeter enthusiastically greats every guest, offers assistance with any questions about the menu, and ensures each customer's first impression of Carve is a positive one. Candidates Must:Be warm and welcoming to all guests, co-workers, and management.Recognize that you are the first impression to our guests and take ownership of this responsibility

Avoid causing guest complaints, and if any, handle in a professional manner.At no point in time have his/her back facing the door not welcoming the guests.Effectively communicate in a team environment with other employees and guests.Demonstrate excellent sales knowledge by having a vast understanding of the menu and food quality standards to assist the customers with any questions or direction needed for ordering.Maintain a clean and inviting environment within their station at all times.Be a professional and gracious host. Additional Duties:Stay continuously busy throughout their shift always finding something to do or assist other employees when needed or directed by management.Complete assigned opening and closing duties.Assist with busing and cleaning dirty tables to help ensure customers have a clean place to sit without unnecessary delay.Assist with any additional duties as directed by management Necessary Physical 



Requirements:

100% Standing and walking50% Bend, Stoop, Reach, Wipe, Clean, and Lift25% carrying up to 30 pounds to assist with restocking and cleaning of restaurant Training 



Requirements:

It is essential that you have completed any and all tests and validations assigned to you prior to the end of your training period. You will then be assigned an exit interview with a member of management to ensure you have the necessary knowledge to complete your job requirements as described above. If management feels you are not at the level required to complete your job additional training shifts may be assigned.
