Software Development Engineering (DevOps) Manager - Minnetonka, MN

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of software engineering including; requirements, design, coding and testing
Manage the implementation product features in collaboration with product managers and stakeholder
Lead an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 to 4 weeks
Build awesome software that changes not just our business but the whole industry
Be unafraid to roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your engineers to deliver product

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with databases and basic schema development / design
7+ years of experience with modern ORM technology such as Hibernate, JPA, Rail’s Active Record or equivalent
7+ years of experience building web applications with Java, JavaScript
3+ years of experience with "DevOps" - Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
3+ years of experience building RESTful services
3+ years in the software engineering management profession
Assets:

Experience working with and preferably deploying applications on PAAS platforms like OpenShift, AWS, Heroku, or Google Apps
Experience with Cryptography, Authentication, and/or other web security
