Apply understanding and execution of analysis concepts, methodologies and practices

Create and incorporate project objectives and measures into processes and requirements

Extract and breakdown business requirements from gathering and analyzing data

Review, evaluate and accurately document business requirements

Contribute to solutioning, design, and test plans

Effectively documents and communicate decisions, understands customer needs and proactively develop, document, and communicate requirements to meet those needs

Effectively manage to timelines and quality standards of the BA organization

Predict and addresses emerging customer needs, while effectively managing business challenges and providing appropriate solutions

Coach and mentors others

Work on multiple large / extra-large, high complexity programs and projects
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience

5+ years of proven experience with gathering and documenting business requirements

Advanced level of proficiency working within an SDLC (system development life cycle) methodology including any of the following: Agile, Waterfall, Smart BPM, RSA or equivalent

Advanced level of communication, time / project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

3+ years of experience with business process workflows

Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:


Requirements and Solutions Analysis Certified (RSA)

Knowledge of Agile Methodology and / or SCRUM

Healthcare experience

Project management experience

Consumer experience

Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders

IBA Certification (CBAP or CCBA)
