Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.Primary Responsibilities:Moderate work experience within own function.Some work is completed without established procedures.Basic tasks are completed without review by others.Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.Accurate and timely data entry into the company LMS - LearnSource.Ability to learn multiple job functions to be able back-up various team members as needed.Understanding and ability to create and maintain an electronic filing system for ease of use for all.Assist team BSL (business segment liaison) as needed.Effectively function in a multi-project environment with changing priorities
