I have a 4-year-old son with Autism that I need occasional help with. M is very loving and sweet. He doesn't have any history of being violent. The person hired for this position would need to have extreme patience. M is semi non-verbal. The caregiver would never be left alone with M, they will be a second set of helping hands for me while my husband travels for work or for occasional date nights. Opportunities for overnight care could be possible in the future.
