Active family with 2 teen-aged boys. Mom is a very busy real estate agent who is in and out of the house multiple times a day. Ideally, looking for help 3-4 hours per day, likely afternoons, perhaps 1:00-4:00 up to 4x per week. We're super flexible and aren't tied to a specific schedule, etc.
