Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
Review the analysis and interpretation of others work
Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis
Develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Required Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or 3 additional years of equivalent work experience

5 years of experience in business / finance analysis

5 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client / business

5 years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes

1 year of experience working in AGILE development

Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel

Intermediate level of proficiency with Visio

Intermediate level of proficiency with problem solving, including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data
Preferred Qualification:


Experience with reporting tools and / or system integration work

Experience with Rally (AGILE story tracking / workflow)

Ideal candidate will be able to focus on short term elicitation execution while maintaining 'big picture' focus
