About this job
This position assists with fielding calls from insurance adjusters who have already received the recommended value and comparable data.
- Understand the methodology behind how company values vehicles in order to be able to explain to the adjuster that based upon the comparative data the value is accurate. (will learn in training)
This is a call center environment speaking with insurance companies to find out the value of a car after an accident.
There are constant calls coming in with an average of 100+ calls per day.
-Will be working on a computer going to various screens inputting data given by the insurance company to find the final total of the car. Customer service is the number one priority, all calls are business to business calls no selling or having to deal with angry customers.
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Paid training starts at $14.42/hr. Once completed pay will be increased to $16.35/hr
