Medical Device and Health care company in Billerica has multiple openings for various Customer Service Representative roles!

Case Management Specialist:
Review and process all clinical documentation promptly and accurately to ensure proper reimbursement from contracted payers. Will be working with patients and providers and focus on claims reimbursement.

Reimbursement Specialist:
The liaison between company, physicians, insurance providers and customers. This positions will be required to understand HIPAA and will be the first step to the Case Management. They will be on the phone contacting every step of orders and claims in order to keep communication high and stay proactive.

These positions are very similar just different steps in the same department and candidates would be considered for either position.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years related experience preferrably with extensive phone coverage and medical device or health care oriented
  • Individual health plan insurance knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry is required
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent experience is required; 4-year college degree is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
  • Bilingual skills a plus
