Pharmacy Technician

Duties: This person will be handling phone calls from patients, nurses, doctor's offices, and insurance companies.This person will be responsible for data entry and dealing with a lot of specialty drugs and Medicare D patients. They will be responsible for prior authorization, over rides, approvals and handling customer grievances.

Qualifications: Must have a focus on customer service. Must be a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida

Shift: Any time between 9am- 7pm right now.
