Process new member additions, eligibility updates and reports within established production and quality standards. Reviews accuracy of data entered against source documents. Identifies and resolves issues with enrollment information and member eligibility.
Responsibilities
* Enter and retrieve data using automated systems.
* Research, confirm and correct member additions and eligibility updates.
* Identify, correct and resolve discrepancies with Member Maintenance.
* Responsible for assignments that range from routine to moderately complex.
* Searches for solutions based on acquired knowledge.
* Recommends or executes corrective action.
