Aerotek is currently looking for a customer service driven candidate to provide technical support for software used in the autobody industry.


-Provide first call resolution and technical support to all customer calls regardless of product or complexity of the problem
-Deliver professional and top quality customer service to all customers
-Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve calls that are focused on product functionality, connectivity, and product failure
-Clearly and effectively communicate issues
-Effectively and accurately documenting all customer interactions

Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm OR

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm OR

Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
