BDC Agent - Full-time

We are looking to expand our Internet Department due to high leads traffic. Our Internet Sales Consultants are responsible for all interactions with our customers that contact us thru the Internet. (Leads generated by our dealership's website, 3rd party websites and other company initiatives) Our leads system generates more than 1,000 opportunities each month. The Internet Consultant main purpose is to generate show appointments, by providing our customers with a responsive, accountable, diligent, accurate knowledgeable and courteous service. Be available to provide you with all the valuable and relevant information, to help our customers acquire the best overall deal for their new or used vehicle at our dealership.

This "Highly" accountable position will be responsible for the use of lead management tools, such as: CRM software and Internet lead generators. Manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer buying process.

As a main difference from other Auto Sales Positions, we pay for appointment and sale. Great Pay Plan!
