We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Team Member.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide service that invites interaction with our guests by creating orders as requested and educating guests about our menu. Ensures that the restaurant is clean and inviting to guests at all times; lives the brand values and makes the brand thrive.



Serving the Guests:

Duties: 




  • Acknowledge, engage, and interact with guests and other team members

  • Enjoying being part of a team

  • Communicating effectively and positively

  • Prepares, creates, and maintains food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools

  • Replenishes food in serving stations and holding areas appropriately

  • Never walking past a problem

  • Making recommendations for improvements 

  • Sharing and Applying what you learn 

  • Maintains brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service



Requirements:




  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

  • Age requirements may apply in order to remain in compliance with State and Federal Laws

  • Must meet minimal criteria in background check

  • Must be available and willing to work a variety of days/times, including weekends and evenings

  • Must make a minimum commitment of 45 hours per week with shifts of varying times and lengths

  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred 

  • Must be able to act appropriately during crisis and work well in stressful situations

  • Work up to four-hour shifts without a break

  • Complete work in limited space

  • Complete work required within a limited amount of time

  • Work in hot environment with heavy and sometimes heated equipment

  • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Fast-paced restaurant environment

  • Being self-motivated and action-oriented

  • Being dependable and reliable

  • Walks or stands during entire shift

  • Must reach, bend, stoop, life, wipe

  • Required to operate equipment set at standard height

  • Must be able to access all smallwares or product at varying heights of storage 

  • Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension is helpful

  • Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills 

  • Access to adequate transportation and complete the administrative driving requirement
