Maintenance Assistant
Monday – Sunday (5 days/week – rotating weekends)
Temp to Hire
$11/hour
Mandatory Dress Code:
Comfortable clothing (layered clothing recommended)

Tasks
- Gather and remove litter.
- Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
- Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
- Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners.
- Dispose of trash or waste materials.
- Trim trees or other vegetation.
- Prepare chemicals for work application.
Tools expected to be used:
- Fertilizer spreaders or distributors — Fertilizer spreaders; Hand spreaders; Salt spreaders
- Graders or land levelers — Land levelers; Land planes; Landscape rakes; Power rakes
