Sales and Marketing Representative Bilingual
Everwell is a mobile, web-based platform for small business employers to offer health benefits without paying for a conventional group medical plan. It engages healthcare.gov and other insurance companies to offer subsidized rates for groups of 3-99 employees. Our carriers include United Health Care, Delta Dental, VSP, Reliance Standard, Kaiser Permanente, Aflac, and all carriers on healthcare.gov.
Everwell is free to businesses (zero cost), customizable, and yields an immediate tax savings to employers. The program reduces workers comp premiums and false claims. It is paperless, full-service, contract-free, and requires no long-term commitment. Our live, in-person field associates enroll employees and provide service at the jobsite.

The Sales and Marketing
The Associate position invites energetic, self-driven, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to launch this platform to the small business marketplace. Associates are given hands-on six-day training at Aflac's corporate sales operation. Regional and district managers mentor associates to strategically market Everwell's program to companies in the small business (3-99 employees) landscape. You will conduct market research and bring your ideas to help position this platform into the market.
Associates will obtain an accident/health and life (insurance) producer's license, which permits you to advise on the financial complexities of the health insurance marketplace. In today's post Health Care Reform society, the need for education is greater than ever. You will work with individuals and families like a financial planner, helping them choose adequate health insurance coverage that is appropriate to their needs and budget.
Candidates with Spanish language experience are a plus.

The brand specialist position involves all identifying and marketing our benefits platform to new businesses. You will also help guide and assist individuals in their selections for Health, Life and Disability benefits. You will receive hands-on training at our state sales office. You will also receive mentoring from a seasoned field agent. Using your social and business networking skills, you will help build new partnerships while managing your own time and progress as an independent agent.

All associates must be able to acquire their California Department of Insurance Accident/Health license (Life optional) in order to earn commissions. You do not have to complete your licensing prior to beginning training.
