A Deli Clerk's responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service, such as salutation of each customer
Listening intently and answering any questions that arise
Pleasantly selling each product and advising customers as they might have questions in choosing a certain product
Product-related decisions
Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays
Maintaining freshness and a sanitary work space
Being comfortable operation deli equipment
Assisting in other duties
Traveling the general upstate to grow business
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be available to work weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Associates or bachelor s degree in industry are a plus
Previous work history in retail/sales are preferred
Self-motivated and confident
Willingness to grow within a company
