Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. A Licensed Pharmacy Technician works with patients with various types of disease states via the telephone to compassionately and efficiently coordinate their medication orders. They will be responsible to coordinate medication deliveries and payment of the order. They will assist in helping patients apply for copay assistance programs and foundations and tracking packages when necessary. In addition a PCC will make outbound adherence calls to patients to insure the patient stays compliant with their specialty medication.Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate specialty medication orders for patients with various types of disease states via telephoneCoordinate Medication deliveries and payment of the orderAssist in helping patients apply for copay assistance programsAssist in tracking packages when needed Make outbound adherence calls to patients 

Requirements
