Summary of Position:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for controlling the quality assurance and traffic flow necessary to ensure the efficient operation between the front of house and back of house. Ensures the correct food is delivered to the correct table and each guest has the correct food without asking.

Essential Duties:

• Learns Arooga’s standards for product freshness and presentation for each plate and executes them in a timely and consistent manner.
• Ensure that orders are complete before being brought to the table.
• Greets guest when approaching the table.
• Gives correct food to the correct guest without asking.
• Ensures guest has everything needed for each entrée.
• Extends wishes for guest to enjoy their meal.
• Bus tables when needed.
• Notify servers when the kitchen is out of a particular menu item.

Other Duties:
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information

Conduct:
Represents Mohegan Restaurant (AR), LLC in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Dependability:
Regularly attends and is punctual for work

Supervision Received:
This position reports to the Management

None

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read
• Oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills
• Good time management skills required

Education, Experience and Training:

• Six (6) months of experience in a high volume restaurant setting

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
